One of the MI# in SO#2102228 has been put with rejection code "ZI" and do have stock in HK Menlo and the order has been paid and released but the rejection code appeared.

2) Did not input rejection code when SO is created, if there is any condition that system assigned rejection code automatically.
3) Material no 70198909 with size SM missing at the first delivery creation.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1) ZI rejection has been removed on 1/6.
2) ZI rejection is placed by a program that runs daily. It selects the SO's whose remaining item quantities are less than 6 provided there's already a delivery existing against the SO item and rejects the particular item/size.
3) For the given item schedule line 3, size SM has a delivery date of 1/7 and hence was not picked in the delivery creation.
